San Diego Arson Attorney
Charged with Arson in San Diego?
Arson is the intentional burning of another's property and is a serious charge involving stiff prison sentences. The length of sentence depends on whether persons were hurt in the fire and extent of damage. It is not arson to burn your own property unless it spills over to burn another's. The other exception is where a person sets fire to his home to collect insurance money. If you have been charged with arson in San Diego, you need to obtain effective legal representation without delay. You are urged to contact a San Diego criminal defense attorney experienced in arson defense.
