San Diego Arson Attorney

Defense for PC 451 and 452 in San Diego County

Arson is the intentional burning of another's property and is a serious charge involving stiff prison sentences. The length of sentence depends on whether persons were hurt in the fire and extent of damage. It is not arson to burn your own property unless it spills over to burn another's. The other exception is where a person sets fire to his home to collect insurance money.
